5. Conformal Coating
Indoor LED screens have conformal coatings that can protect circuit board and related equipment from erosion. It has good resistance to high and low temperature. After curing, its transparent protective film has superior insulation, moistureproof, anti-creeping performance, shockproof feature, dustproof performance, ageing resistance, corona resistance, etc.
6. Waterproof Test
Before shipment, our indoor LED displays should go through water treatment. We must make sure that both sides of indoor LED screen are completely waterproof. With high waterproofing grade, it can be used normally even in outdoor all-weather environment.
7. Shock Test
Before delivery, we need to do shock test to eliminate the circuit connection problem and to ensure that the indoor LED video wall is suitable for long-distance transportation.
